Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.
Cancellation Before Service
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, the callout fee is non-refundable.
If a technician has already been dispatched to the customer's location, the callout fee will remain non-refundable even if the service is later cancelled or not completed.
After Service Completion
Once tyres have been fitted, refunds are only available if there is a manufacturing defect or fitting error. Please contact us within 48 hours of service.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at 0141 266 0690 or support@tyrerescue.uk with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
